La Casa room reservations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis, including all center staff and student organizations.
La Casa also has both a baby changing table on the first floor and an ADA access ramp. In addition, the kitchen has ADA countertops.
- Reservation forms must be received at least one week in advance of the requested date.
- Reservations that are feasible and submitted in a timely manner will be approved on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Your reservation will not be valid until you have received official approval and confirmation via email.
- Please refrain from promoting your event location until you have received our official approval and confirmation email.
